DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Economy Shipping: We offer FREE FedEx Ground shipping to 48 U.S. states. Please allow 5-9 business days** to receive your order. 

Expedited Shipping: We offer FedEx Expedited shipping for $25.00. Deliveries will be made in 3-4 business days** to most U.S. addresses.

Express Shipping: We offer FedEx Standard Overnight shipping for $35.00. Deliveries will be made in 1-2 business days** to most U.S. addresses.

To ship to Alaska and Hawaii, please email us at customerservice@tsecashmere.com, and a member of our team will contact you.

**The estimated shipping time frame is calculated from the date the package leaves our warehouse to the destination and is beyond our control. 

*All ground orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the order date, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. For express shipping, orders must be made before 2:00 p.m. PST. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or third-party shipping services.  TSE is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, riot, or any other conditions beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer DHL Express Worldwide shipping services for all our international orders.
No returns or exchanges for international orders.
Duties, if any, are calculated and collected at checkout.
Global-e is the merchant of record for transactions on international orders.

INSURANCE

TSE insures each package while in transit. We require a signature for any item delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is proof of delivery and fulfillment of your order.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

We require a signature for any item delivered with DHL Express Worldwide services, except for Canada.
